Muscle Bombshell had to opportunity of sitting down an interviewing this powerhouse fitness expert. Check out what she had to say.

I am a mom of three boys ages nine, seven, and five, a personal trainer, fitness model pro with the INBA (PNBA), Fitness & Lifestyle Expert, and Entrepreneur and Co-founder of Wholistic Body-Building & Wellness in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada. I have a Bachelor of Nursing Science and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nursing, which, as a personal trainer, helps me to better, understand the human body and its systems. I train people to push past their limits and celebrate their successes.   After having three difficult pregnancies and gaining 60lbs+ of weight, I really strived to find a balance between nutrition and fitness. I struggled for years to find that balance in life. It wasn’t until I decided to take my fitness regimen to the next level and compete did I really learn the key to this balance…food and fitness. I began to teach others that being healthy is not about dieting, or just going to the gym, but it’s about adapting a healthy lifestyle to maintain youthfulness and longevity. My belief is that your fitness is highly influenced by your inner health. If you are not healthy on the inside you will have a difficult time developing your outer fitness.   I started competing in fitness competitions in 2012 and accomplished a lot during that time, including becoming a Pro Sports Model. I have been featured in Inside Fitness Hot & Fit 100, Future of Fitness in Oxygen magazine, am a current contributor to WatchFit (a U.K. app), write articles for various blogs, and also help people prep for competition preparations with Ian Walling.   I believe that people want to be motivated and just need to be guided in the right direction. I train people in a “w”holistic manner, involving every facet of their life into their training regime. I believe that every day we are given a fresh start, which brings us one step closer to our dreams and passions; so we should live our lives to the fullest and work on accomplishing those dreams.   Follow her journey as she inspires the world to be real, fit and happy! http://robinaabramson.com/

This is always a popular topic around the gym! How do you keep yourself on track? Fitness trainers will have lots of tips and tricks that we use to make sure we stick to the plan! Of course it comes down to motivation. Really what fitness program is complete without sounds nutrition? Here are some tricks of the trade to keep you in check as far as your diet is concerned.

1.Schedule- Know exactly what time your meals will be for the day. This way you know that anything other than those set times are off limit and your body doesn’t really need it.

2.Stop emotional eating- Learn to deal with the pains in your life instead of searching for food to comfort. Find something else to do to occupy your mind…exercise!

3.Sauce- Ditch it all together. Get into the habit or ordering and preparing your food without sauce. Believe me you will get used to it and once you do it will actually start to gross you out when you see it again. New best friends…mustard and hot sauce…enjoy!

4.H20- Drink 2 huge glasses of water…often our bodies mistake hunger for thirst. Drink up!

5.Gum- Chew some gym!

6.Thoughts- Consider that you want what you can’t have because you know you “can’t” have it. Don’t let your mind play these games one you!

7.Let it pass- ask yourself “If I resist eating this, later won’t I feel this amazing sense of accomplishment?” Worth it!

Remember…nothing tastes better than fit feels! Stick to the plan and love it!
