French Eggs

This is a staple during competition prep! Happy eating!

French Eggs

  • 1/4C Silk unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 pumps spray butter
  • 1 heaping tsp cinnamon  (I love cinnamon so I usually use A LOT!)
  • 2 splenda or stevia packets
  • Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (No calories, no fat,  no sugar, no carbs)

Wisk ingredients together and cook in a frying pan coated with Pam.

Calories 134 Protein 18, Fat 5, Carbs 2.5

If you have the carbs to spare for your morning,  pre or post workout, try Pepperidge Farm Thin or for a tasty treat use Pepperidge Farm Whole Wheat Cinnamon Raisin Swirl or Pumpkin Spice Swirl!
