This recipe is very easy to make! Your list of ingredients are egg whites, coconut flour and unsweetened coconut flakes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut your chicken into strips. Dip the strips into the egg whites, then into the coconut flour, back in the egg whites and roll in the coconut flakes. Place strips onto a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy. Avoid over baking.
