Avocado Chocolate Mousse

I have been really intrigued by raw food recipes lately and I did find another recipe on a raw food website, which of course I modified to my liking.


  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup dates, soaked until very soft
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup coconut milk(you can use almond milk or rice milk too)
  • 1/4 agave
  • 2 scoops Now Stevia

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until very smooth. Scoop in small dishes and top with a small square of dark chocolate. Very tasty treat and quite healthy!

The original recipe called for 1/2 cup almond butter and 3/4 cup agave, but I wanted to keep the calories down.
