Ingrid Romero…there’s really not much else to be said!
For those of you who don’t follow Bodybuilding or Fitness Competitions closely…
Well, lets just say Ingrid cemented her name solid in 2011…and then some!!!
2012 holds nothing but the BEST for this Arnold Classic and 3 x NPC overall Bikini Champ.
Ingrid, thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to give our readers a glimpse into your life!
I just want to leave you and the readers with this quick note….
The critics may have a big microphone, but we all know that you’re delivering results, and therefore they become nothing but noise! Continue pressing forward towards the Goal!
Could you briefly share with us your background, interests and some of your current projects?
I’m a cover model, International fitness model & columnist, bikini competitor, actress, and coach from Barcelona, Spain now living in Los Angeles, California. I have lived in 4 different countries but I found my home here in Los Angeles.
I am a very positive person and love helping others. I love spending time with my Dog Bruno and my family.
I have recently started my own team (Team Knockout) with my husband who is my trainer and another amazing coach Khanjo Hakeem. We will be helping competitors bring their best package to the stage.
I am also redoing my website which I’m very excited about.
Could you share with us who has inspired you the most to succeed as a Bikini Competitor and Beyond?
My fans are my true inspiration. Without them none of this would be worth it. Receiving messages from them everyday is what keeps me motivated.
Last but not least all of those haters out there, just know that you make me work so much harder!!!!
We know you are an accomplished Bikini Competitor, but could you share with us the competitions you have made appearances in? From these, what were your placements?
When is your next scheduled competition to take place, and what will be your competing class?
I’m 5.4 so class C and more than likely I will be doing a national show next yr. To be honest I am not really sure which one but I will keep you posted:) until then I will be working on some big things and I am very excited about it.
I really want to focus on my team and help my girls succeed on and off the stage. I have a few big Tv projects coming up and more! I promise I will keep it exciting until my next show:)
